The owners of ElevenCubed LLC have over 18 years of experience providing commercial and residential modeling services, including custom home plans services to builders and homeowners.

Services include custom home designs, builder model drafting, production home drafting, Softplan drafting, residential home designs, additions, remodels, and paper to CAD conversions.

Typical Drafting Process

• P1- Includes:

• P2- Includes:

  • Floor plan

  • Four (4) elevations

  • Electrical plan

• Final Plan Set- Includes:

  • Cover Page with Perspective

  • Floor plan

  • (Four (4) elevations

  • Electrical plan

  • Foundation plan

  • Roof plan

  • Structural details

Revisions Included

3 sets of revisions

• more revisions available, but contract pricing will be adjusted.

Please note: After final you will need to obtain a roof truss layout and floor truss layout (if applicable)

and email to us prior to submitting the plans to an engineer or architect for review and sign/seal of plans.

Engineer/Architect sign & seal is not included.  You or your builder are responsible for finding an engineer/architect to review and stamp your drawings.  If you are unable to contract with an architect on your own, we are able to do so on your behalf, but all costs will be your responsibility.

​Typical Payment Schedule

• Deposit due with signed contract

• Payment of Balance due after approval of Final Set Delivered

​There is no charge for incorporating standard engineering notes after engineer review.

Homeowners- Having trouble viewing the plans from those other drafting companies?  We always create in 3D, so you will always be able to see what your house will really look like!  We supply a digital copy of the plans in PDF format so the client can obtain plan sets. Legal sized copies are available upon request.  The engineer or architect will provide signed & sealed plan sets.

Models, CAD plans, and optional/additional elevation plans are available for an additional cost.
